Here’s another easy one for you – Witch Hats! They are made of just 3 ingredients.
All you do to make this clever treat is turn the fudge stripe cookies upside down. Squeeze the orange cookie icing around the hole of the cookie, and then plop a Hershey’s kiss on top. Serve, and watch the smiles start forming.
