Apple Teeth - perfect snack for the kids, for their lunch, & perfect for Halloween!

Can you believe it’s the 1st day of October already?  Wow!

The countdown to Halloween officially begins – unless you’re like me & you’ve been counting it down since mid July 😉

I thought this would be the perfect time to share these easy-peasy Apple Teeth with y’all!

Perfect for Halloween – but also fantastic for school lunches & snacks. They’re seriously the easiest thing to make!

Start off with your apples.  Core & slice them.  You can use a plain ol’ knife to do this, or use an apple corer/slicer for an even faster way to go about it.

I sliced my apples wedges from the apple slicer in half – I thought it worked better for the apple teeth.

You don’t want your apple slices to turn brown – so if you’re not eating these right away, soak them in a mixture of  1tbsp lemon juice & 1 cup of water for about 15 minutes. You can also soak them in lemon lime soda for 15 minutes.

Now, let’s play dentist & assemble these teeth!  Spread a little peanut butter on one side of each apple slice. That’s your glue.

Place mini marshmallows atop of half of the peanut butter coated apple slices – and sandwich with the remaining half of apple slices.

Ta-da! Say cheese…. errr, or peanut butter 😉
