I am so excited to share this recipe with you all! Between eating healthy, being a mother of 3 girls, and as someone who can’t have gluten or eggs, recipes like this are like gold!

These Apple Slice Cookies are great for breakfast, dessert, or a healthy snack for you and your kids. This recipe isn’t only easy and delicious, but the clean up is almost effortless, and you can have boatloads of fun making them! What’s better than that?!

The topping combination possibilities are truly endless and delicious! I made these with my girls and we had so much fun!

They even ate chia seeds, almonds, and shredded coconut! Oh and some chocolate! Ok, since I’m being honest…quite a bit of chocolate!  I will definitely be saving this to my favorite recipes. I hope you enjoy!

Apple Slice Cookies

Ingredients

  • Apples
  • Peanut butter almond butter, honey, caramel, or Nutella
  • *Topping Ideas: strawberries blueberries, raspberries, dried cranberries, raisins, chia seeds, flax, shredded coconut, almonds, walnuts, pecans, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, m&ms, granola

Instructions

  • Wash apples and then cut them in slices so the core is in the center of the apple. Use a knife to cut out the core to make a circle.
  • With a butter knife, put your choice of spread on the apple
  • Top the apple slices with any of the delicious toppings you choose!
