One of my favorite things to make is homemade ice cream.  But I like to make it the super easy way, with no churning, and no machine needed.  Did you know with just a little whipped cream and a can of sweetened condensed milk, you can whip up a quick and delicious easy ice cream base?  From there, stir in other mix-ins to create whatever flavor you’d like!

Like, perhaps, stir in a little chocolate syrup and crushed Oreos.

Which is exactly what I did to create this easy Chocolate Cookies and Cream Ice Cream.   To make this deliciousness, simply whip up some whipped cream, stir in sweetened condensed milk and a touch of chocolate syrup, and fold in crushed Oreos.  It’s truly that easy!

Pop it in the freezer, and about 4 to 6 hours later you’ll be digging into an irresistible bowl of ice cream.  Homemade ice cream, that is … made the easy way.
