Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
These Strawberry Cheesecake Bites are absolutely delicious, super cute, really easy, & great for those watching their calorie intake too. LOVE THIS RECIPE!
These Strawberry Cheesecake Bites are so super simple and so, SO good!  A low fat cheesecake filling is stuffed inside of hollowed out strawberries and then dipped into graham cracker crumbs.
They have all the flavor of strawberry cheesecake & just a fraction of the fat & calories.
You can use full fat cream cheese too if you want! I’m really picky when it comes to full fat vs low fat, but with this recipe, I can barely tell a difference – and that’s saying a lot if you know me! When it comes to mayo or cream cheese, I’m super duper picky on the flavor of those two things.
Not only are these strawberry cheesecake bites great for portion control – but hello…. they’re absolutely adorable, y’all! Don’t ya think?
They’re really simple to make too!
You simply hollow out a the inside of your strawberries, place the filling into a ziploc bag & cut off the corner tip, and pipe the filling into the hollowed out strawberries. Then, dip the filling ends in graham cracker crumbs.
Easy peasy.
