Super Bowl Party Football Field Drinks

These drinks look just like a football field, complete with field goals & yard lines.  They are super easy & perfect for your Super Bowl party!

How many of you are excited about the Super Bowl?

Now, how many of you are only excited for the Super Bowl because of the funny commercials?  {raises hand}

I knew I wasn’t the only one! 🙂

Well, I take that back – I do love the funny commercials, but that’s not the only reason I’m looking forward to it.  It’s the food.  It’s always all about the food.

I know many of you are looking for some easy Super Bowl ideas, and I’m here to help you out with a real doozy for your football themed party!

I whipped these Football Field Drinks up in just a few minutes, so they really couldn’t get any simpler – and they’re sure to be a hit!  All you need for this nifty little project are clear cups, a black sharpie, bendable straws, scissors, a hole punch, & green drink.  I went with Hawaiian Punch for the drink, it ended up being the perfect color.

Use a black sharpie marker & draw the yard lines on the cup.  You can use a ruler to make it straight or just free hand it like I did.

Take 2 straws & cut them a little bit below the bendable area.  Then, insert one cut end into the other cut end forming the top part of the field goal.  You will have to lightly crimp the inserted end of the straw to get it in, but it’ll go in there.  Now, take the hole punch and make a hole right in the middle of the top of your field goal.  Insert one of the remaining straws into the hole to finish making your field goal straw.

Fill the cups with green Hawaiian Punch & stick in your field goal straws.  If you have any issues with your straw staying in place, you can also slice limes into thin rounds and stick the straw thru the center of it.

Ta-da – all done!
