Golden Honeydew Mint Popsicles

Hey there! I’m Miranda and I blog over at the dessert blog Cookie Dough and Oven Mitt where the sweets are endless! I wanted to pitch in and help Crystal during such a difficult time. So, I threw together these incredibly refreshing golden honeydew mint popsicles to share with you all!

This ice pop is seriously so flavorful and simple to make. I should also mention it only has 2 ingredients. Can you guess what they are? Yes! Golden honey dew and mint leaves! I’m a sucker for the smell and taste of mint leaves. At my parent’s house, they have spearmint that grows wild in the ditches. As my dad weedeats, the smell just fills the entire yard. Love, love, love it!

Golden Honeydew Mint PopsiclesI love the itty bitty specks of the mint leaves in the light green popsicle. It adds such interest to such a simple popsicle. The honeydew is natually sweet so we got to bypass adding any kind of sugar. However, if you’ve got a sweet teeth, feel free to add a tablespoon or two of sugar to the blender when blending the honeydew.

This isn’t a popsicle you’ll find at the grocery store. It’s simpleand light . It’s refreshing. It’s gorgeous. Yeah, it’s everything that someone looks for in a cold, refreshing popsicle.Golden Honeydew Mint Popsicles
