Roasted Garlic & Asiago Cheese Dip
This Roasted Garlic & Asiago Cheese Dip is one of the most delicious & addictive things you’ll EVER put in your mouth! Yes, my friends, it’s that good!
Yesterday I shared the recipe for my Roasted Garlic Asiago Chicken & Potatoes (which is absolutely delicious!) and I am extending that post just a little with this cheese dip.
See, the cheese topping on that main dish is just so good that we all found ourselves scraping it out from the casserole dish with our fingers. I wanted to pick up the dish & literally lick it clean… but I decided to spare my family that sight. Â This time.
It was obvious to all of us though. Â While the Chicken & Potato dish was fabulous, we owed it to ourselves & all of humanity for that matter – to create a cheese dip from the recipe. Â A highly addictive cheese dip at that.Â
And let me tell y’all something… that decision was one of the best foodie decisions I’ve ever made. Â Please try it, you just have to. This recipe is life changing.
The only thing I regret about this recipe is it was so yummy it was calling out to me…. in such a way that I only was able to very quickly snap 2 pictures before I couldn’t take it any longer before digging in & devouring the whole thing. Â And the two pictures aren’t even the best quality because I was in such a hurry to inhale the whole thing. So keep in mind, the pictures don’t do this recipe justice one tiny bit. Â But, take my word for it – you’re gonna LOVE it!
I do have to stress that whole highly addictive thing. Â You will form an instant addiction to it, IÂ promise you this. Â You have been warned.Â
Make sure you check out the recipe behind this fabulous recipe – Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken & Potatoes. Â It’s pretty darned addictive too!

That looks amazing! I’m pretty sure I could sit and eat the entire dish 🙂
what do you eat it with?…other than your fingers 🙂
We do tortilla chips & toasted baguettes Oh, and fingers… 😉
I’ve never used Asiago cheese. Actually, I probably can’t even find it around here (teeny tiny town). Can you compare it to another cheese for me? What would be a good substitute? Thanks!
You may be able to find it – I live out in the boonies and we have it at our small town grocery store. It’s usually with the deli cheeses. It’s an Italian cheese, so I would say if you switched it out with another cheese, I’d go with something like Romano or Mozzarella…maybe even an Italian blend.
Thanks!
