Spring has sprung – and with it comes warm weather (finally!), pollen (not a fan), playing outside, & cookouts/picnics (definitely a fan!).

And then there’s Easter. It’s right around the corner! It kind of snuck up on me this year. Holidays seem to have a way of doing that to me.

You know what food always makes me think of of Spring & Easter? Deviled Eggs of course. It’s always on the Easter table – and practically at every cookout & picnic too. It’s a staple, at least as far as I’m concerned!

Recently, MIRACLE WHIP Dressing sent me some jars of their yummy product, along with a recipe for deviled eggs. A very simple recipe for deviled eggs I must say, at that – just 15 minutes, and it’s done! And if you’ve been a long-time reader of my blog, you how how much I love spicy things. After all, this is the same girl who carries around a bottle of hot sauce in her purse. 🙂

Spicy Deviled Eggs

I love me some easy, delicious recipes that have a little kick!

I’m digging this spicy twist on the classic deviled egg. Even my family, who is awfully partial to my normal recipe, absolutely loved them and asked me to start making these more often. The slight kick of the jalapeno, the sweet & tangy creaminess of the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, and the flavor of the dijon… yum!

I think you’re family will love this, and if you’re having a get-together – this would be a great thing to put out for your guests to snack on!

Here’s what you need:

Spicy Deviled Eggs

Yep, just 3 ingredients plus your hardboiled eggs is all you need!  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard, & a jalapeno (seeded & chopped). The MIRACLE WHIP Dressing really transforms these eggs from ordinary to extraordinary – and the jalapeno provides just the perfect amount of kick. I love these!

Slice your eggs in half, & mash up the cooked yolks with a fork.

Fill your halved egg whites with the filling. You can spoon it in, or you can place the filling in a plastic bag, snip off the corner, & pipe it into the eggs for a simple & pretty touch.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, or enjoy them immediately 🙂
