Mexican caldo de res is so good.I love eating this when I have a cold or the weather is chilly. It’s a pick me up soup. I would usually go buy it in Los Angeles. Now that I live in Missouri I can make it myself. What a treasure! Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe. Don’t feel bad, my grandmother would do the same thing with a meal!
