					<description><![CDATA[I did not have taco seasoning , I used some dried oregano, coriander, salt , pepper. I used small teflon frying pan ; put dollop of egg white batter on hot oil then place chile Pasilla on top of batter then topped it again w egg white batter to cover flip n turn to fry it golden brown
I removed seeds before roasting it was way better than removing it after, easier 
Sprinkled shredded cheese then put all in oven low 250 F to melt cheese Delicious]]></description>
