I know it&#039;s silly to answer this a year latter,but when a recipe calls for 4 cups of bread flour, that&#039;s the amount of flour you use.  Also, this can be braided but your baking time will be off.  There are other sweetbread/coffee cake doughs that work better with braiding.  There are also techniques you can use that just involve rolling the dough flat in a large rectangle with filling in the middle third the long way, and the outside thirds of dough  are sliced on the diagonal and then folded into the center, always one side then the other or you&#039;ll mess up the braid-like pattern. If you place the triangle on parchment or some other cut safe non-stick baking sheet it would be easier than transporting it from a work space to a pan. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.  Check after 17.]]></description>
