I use ground chorizo most the time. The only places that I have any luck finding the kind you can dice is at places like Sprouts, Whole Foods, & Fresh Market. Sadly, I’ve never been able to find anything but ground at my normal grocery stores.

The only one I find is very finely-ground not like the one in your pictures. It’s almost like a sauce. Should I mix ground meat with it?
