Especially for the lower back and sciatica! I went to England for two woeeks and what I was most afraid of is having the sciatica act up again… I brought my tens unit and my son in law who is still living in England has degenerative disc problems as well as other problems happened to have a big problem with his back while I was there. I asked if he ever has tried a tens unit before. He said his uncle had a pro unit and used it on him when he went for PT long agao. So I hooked him up to my tens unit and before he was done using it he was on the internet buying one. I have seen them as low as $25 so moct people can afford them but I swear by mine and now he does too!!!
I hope this may help someone and if it does PLEASE let me know.. AND… spread the word! It’s so much better than putting chemicals into your body and I have yet to have any side effects from using mine!

I also have stenosis, spondylosis, degenerative disc disease ~ you name it! I won’t do narcotics either…the only thing I take is Tylenol Arthritis. I have been having injections ~ the only pain relief I get. I’ve used Bio-Freeze on my back and knees…ice packs off & on help. I was given some stretching exercises from the spine Dr and when I’m not in pain, I enjoy doing them. I agree re: a good mattress! I will certainly will investigate the Back Magic Plus. A friend made some pain cream for me using essential oils and coconut oil. It helps her husband ~ he had a bike accident as a child too. If you’re interested, let me know! I appreciate your sharing!

I use to have lower back pain due to a bulging disc in my back (which unfortunately turned into a ruptured disc and scatcia nerve pain) but this helped manage my pain especially when an ice pack wasn’t practical.
