I have been making bread with fresh ground wheat for a decade. My kids got tired of the taste of it. I had been buying store bought buns because they didn’t like homemade bread with their burgers. When I made this recipe, they were like, “Whoa! This is good!” I forgot to put the onions inside the rolls and there were zero complaints! They loved them. This will be a regular recipe at our house!
