Technique is QVC’s line of professional chef quality cookware, and it’s where I got mine from. This exact one is no longer available (although you could try eBay) but they do offer cast irons very similar to this design. Here’s the link to the one that I found.

i typed in Technique line and only came up with HSN so many enamel cast iron not sure if one of these is what u r using couldn’t find any other place with Technique line pieces?

It’s a enameled cast iron piece from the Technique line. I love enameled cast iron!

(I am very unhandy in the kitchen so this would be a great trick!)
