Hi! Yes! Go for it! Almond oil, soybean, corn oil, olive oil and any other oil you can think of would be good to add. You may use sunflower or safflower if you can get it to buy locally or order them. Shea butter and cocoa butter are good to add too since some coconut oils are solid at some temperatures. She butter and cocoa butter would harden it so you might have warm it in hot water each time you’re using if you added that to it.

this is first recipe that doesn't heat the oil!!! So excited to try this, all nutrients will be intact.....think I may add some avocado oil instead of jojoba since hair is so dry, naturally curly and fizzy.

May even can use this as a base for lotion?

Thank you for this post

I just made this last night and applied it to my natural curls. What a world of difference!!!! My hair felt dry, crunchy, brittle & lifeless after using bad shampoo and having my hair colored and then highlighted. Thank you so much for this fantastic hair miracle recipe! I will be doing this for now on once a week and maybe even twice a week during these cold months. I even got my mom to try it and she loves it too! I used olive oil instead of jojoba oil because that's all I had on hand. I already had organic coconut oil and tea tree oil as I am a religious user. One of my favorite things is to run a hot bath and add a spoon full of coconut oil, about 5-6 drops of tea tree oil, and epsom salt. Very relaxing!!!
