Ok, I know this is not a healthy question, but what would I use to make chocolate filling ones? Not sure how to make a chocolate syrup up for it. I am assuming that I could just mix up some brown sugar & cinnamon for that kind, but my kids love chocolate pop-tarts!

Ha, they look great and I know that I would love t hem. I do hate all the chemicals and junk that is put in commercially produced foods, but I think(not sure) that niacinamide might be one of the 'b' vitamins. But all those other un-pronouncables are scary as can be. Good for you, making your own.
