					<description><![CDATA[Being a Chef, I can see where you were going with this. Not here to knock it, just offer a few suggestions that I&#039;m going to try. 
I wouldnt have used the flour to make the Rue, I would have a)used the cheetos or b)made a slurry .
Also qhen using a rue, you bring your sauce to a boil(milk and whatever other liquids youd be using) then you add your cheese , making sure it melts(I think that&#039;s why the picture of your dip looks like it is a congealed mess.) Then you add your rue, making sure to boil it out.  I&#039;m gonna try this out and I&#039;ll repost with results.]]></description>
