About 4-5 days in the fridge – and you can definitely freeze the extra chicken. I pick the meat from the bone & pop it in my freezer to use later, usually in a casserole.

Yes, I am having an issue with the recipe card plug-in that I use and the print button isn’t functioning correctly. Instead of printing, it’s taking users to an old post of mine from 2012. I have my tech crew working on it and I hope to have it fixed soon!
