In a pie dish (or something similar, pie dishes make great dredging containers) - mix together the eggs & milk. Pour the flour in one dish & the Hot Cheetos crumbs in another. Dreaded the sliced green tomatoes in the flour, then the egg/milk mixture, & then the Cheetos crumbs.
Fry the tomatoes in a skillet with about a 1/2 inch of hot oil, flipping halfway through, until browned on each side.
