Chili Cheese Pig in the Blanket Dip
Taking a regular appetizer to a whole new level of flavor - This recipe transforms pigs in a blanket into a wreath of flavor with a savory chili cheese blend in the middle for dipping.

- 1 tube crescent roll dough
- 1 package cocktail wieners
- olive oil for brushing dough
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 can no bean chili
- 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese plus extra for sprinkling
- diced green onions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle into three strips. Roll each strip around each cocktail wiener. Place each Pig in a Blanket, with sides touching, in a skillet or round baking dish, forming a wreath shape. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
Mix the softened cream cheese, chili, & cheese. Spread the chili mixture into center of the pig in the blanket wreath. Sprinkle the top of the chili with a little extra cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pigs in the blanket are golden brown. Top the chili dip with diced green onions. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
