Sloppy Dogs

Ingredients

  • 8 beef hot dogs sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic diced
  • about 2 cups of leftover chili
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • hot dog buns

Instructions

  • Saute the sliced hot dogs, onion, & garlic in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil to desired doneness.  Stir in leftover chili, ketchup, brown sugar, & mustard. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Serve in hot dog buns.
