Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl beat the egg. Stir in the peanut butter, sugar, and baking powder. Mix until dough forms and stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baked sheet. Bake them for 10 -12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow them to cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before removing.
Dairy Free: These can also be made dairy free by using Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips or any brand of dairy free chocolate chips.
