Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large sauté pan, cook the ground chuck along with the diced onion. When the beef is done, stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 60 seconds. Remove from the heat & drain the grease. Season with garlic salt & Italian seasoning.
Mix together the pizza sauce ingredients & add to the drained beef mixture.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over bottom of the casserole dish. Spread the meat mixture over the cheese.
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, flour, oil, & garlic salt. Pour this mixture over the meat in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350.
