Ingredients

  • 2 Large red onions diced
  • 4 habanero peppers seeded & minced
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 Tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Cups lime juice freshly squeezed tastes best
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Now, stir in the lime juice and olive oil.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. This tastes best after allowing the flavors to meld in the fridge at least overnight.
