diced

habanero peppers
seeded & minced

cloves of garlic

dried oregano

lime juice
freshly squeezed tastes best

olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Now, stir in the lime juice and olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. This tastes best after allowing the flavors to meld in the fridge at least overnight.
