The Masters’ Pimento Cheese

freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese

freshly shredded Monterey Jack cheese

cream cheese
softened

mayonnaise

diced pimentos
drained

onion
grated or very finely minced

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight before serving.
