The Masters’ Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup freshly shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 Oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Oz diced pimentos drained
  • 1 Tbsp onion grated or very finely minced
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight before serving.
