In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding and milk until smooth and creamy. Stir in half of the caramel sauce. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Core and chop all but one of the apples. Toss with lemon juice or citrus soda if making the salad in advance.
Fold in the chopped apples and snickers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, top with remaining Apple and snickers and drizzle with the other half of the caramel sauce.
