Melt the green candy melts as directed on the package. Alternatively, you can melt almond bark in the microwave (according to package directions), then mix in a little green food coloring.
Dip the nutter butter cookies into the bowl with a fork. Coat the cookies & let the excess candy coating drip though the openings of the fork. Place on wax paper or parchment paper to cool. Repeat until you make the quantity of cookies you want.
Place the mini yellow M&M’s where the eyes go. Using the black writing gel, place a dot for each eye on the yellow m&m’s.
Draw on the eyebrows & long nose/mouth. Allow to dry.
