Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

With a savory, butter flavor this sheet pan shrimp boil is the perfect meal any night of the week. Protein-packed and made with only 7 ingredients it’s a hearty way to enjoy your favorite seafood.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound small red potatoes
  • 3 ears of corn cut in half
  • 1 Stick butter melted
  • 1 Heaping tbsp seafood seasoning, like Old Bay plus more for sprinkling
  • 1 Heaping tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Pound shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • 12.8 Oz package of kielbasa or other smoked sausage

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large pot of salted water, parboil your potatoes for 12-14 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, add in your corn. Drain well & set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and seafood seasoning (like Old Bay).
  • Place the potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp in a casserole dish or sheet pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the butter mixture over top and gently mix to coat all your ingredients. Sprinkle with more seafood seasoning to taste.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
