Fresh Peach Slaw
Ingredients
3
cups
precut coleslaw
bagged
1
cup
ripe peaches
sliced into strips - either peeled or with the skin on
3
tablespoons
vinegar
1
tablespoon
sugar
or use
honey
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Slice the peaches into thin strips. Combine with the slaw mix. Add in the other ingredients & toss well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tastes best after an hour or two in the fridge to allow the flavors to marry.
