Fried Bologna Pimento Cheese Chili Burger

Fried bologna, pimento cheese, & chili all atop a thick juicy burger.


  • cooked burger patties see notes
  • pimento cheese
  • thick cut bologna fried
  • chili - either homemade or store-bought
  • diced jalapeno to taste (optional) - either fresh, pickled, or sautéed
  • diced onion to taste (optional)
  • buns


  • Cook your burger(s) til your desired doneness. Heat the chili up til hot. Cut 4 slits around the circumference of the bologna to keep it from curling up as it cooks. Fry it in a hot skillet for a couple minutes on each side til it's as browned as you like.
  • Put a bottom bun a place. Top with a cooked burger patty. Top with pimento cheese & some diced jalapeno (optional). Place a piece of fried bologna over the pimento cheese. Pour chili over top. Sprinkle on diced onions (optional).
  • Top bun it. Enjoy!
