Ingredients

  • 1 package chopped Asian salad kit wonton/almond packet removed, crushed, & set to the side
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes optional
  • 4 individual portioned salmon filets

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce with the sesame seeds & red pepper flakes, if using.
  • Place the salmon filets on the parchment paper lined baking sheets (skin side down) & brush liberally with teriyaki sauce. Top the salmon with the crushed wonton/almond mixture (from the chopped salad kit). Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Place some of the chopped salad mix on your plate. Dress the salad with the salad dressing that comes in the kit & any remaining wonton/almonds. Top with the baked salmon.  Serve immediately.
