Grandma Lynn's Eggs & Onions


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion diced small
  • 5 eggs scrambled with a fork
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • cheese optional


  • Melt the butter in a skillet heated to medium heat. Saute the diced onions in the skillet until translucent. Pour the scrambled eggs into the hot pan. Cook on medium, stirring & scraping the bottom of the pan occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through. Season with salt & pepper. Melt cheese on top if desired.
