In a food processor or blender, pulse the peanuts until ground. Add the dates & chocolate chips to the ground peanuts & continue to pulse until everything is ground & mixed together. It should be sort of like a dough. Press the mixture firmly into a square baking dish that has been lined with wax paper or aluminum foil (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray). Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 20 minutes (or until set) - then slice.
