In a medium to large saucepan, combine the milk & white chocolate chips. Cook on medium heat (do NOT bring to a boil!) while whisking until the white chocolate chips are melted.

Remove from the heat; whisk in the green & yellow food coloring. Whisk until it's all combined.

Pour into mugs, top with mini marshmallows.
