Overnight Blueberry Oatmeal

This Overnight Blueberry Oatmeal is not only delicious, but it's healthy too! Make other flavors by one easy swap of the ingredients. You're gonna love it!


  • 2 tablespoons dried blueberries or sub with craisins or another dried fruit
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of milk


  • Mix your blueberries, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon into the rolled oats. Pour in 1/4 cup of milk. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix it well and place in fridge overnight. The next the morning, top with fresh fruit and/or maple syrup (or whatever your heart desires!) and enjoy!
