1small tart apple, like a granny smithpeeled & diced small
1/3CupDried cranberries
1/3Cupchopped pecans
1Tbspbrown sugar
1/4Tspcinnamon
1round Brie cheese8 ounces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the diced apple, cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, & cinnamon. Cook and stir for about 5-8 minutes, or until the apple is tender.
Cut the Brie horizontally in half. Place bottom half in a 9-in. pie plate. Top with half of the apple mixture.
Replace the top of the brie. Top with remaining apple mixture. Bake, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
Notes
You can drizzle the baked brie with a little balsamic glaze if you like!
