Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.25 Ounce package dry onion soup mix
  • 10.5 Ounce can cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp poultry seasoning

  • Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of a crockpot that is at least 3 quarts in size.
  • Combine the onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, water, black pepper, flour, garlic powder, & poultry seasoning. Whisk it together well so that it’s well combined and smooth. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in your crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken from the pot, shred with a fork, and return back to the gravy.
