Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You can slice the top rind off of the brie wheel or leave it on, up to you. My personal preference is to slice it off, but it is 100% edible so you can totally leave it on if you like.
Top the brie with as much or as little cranberry sauce as you like. Bake for about 6-8 minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
