Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce


  • 8 Ounce round brie wheel
  • cranberry sauce as much or as little as you like
  • fresh rosemary to garnish


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • You can slice the top rind off of the brie wheel or leave it on, up to you. My personal preference is to slice it off, but it is 100% edible so you can totally leave it on if you like.
  • Top the brie with as much or as little cranberry sauce as you like. Bake for about 6-8 minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
