Fresh Peach Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups precut coleslaw bagged
  • 1 cup ripe peaches sliced into strips - either peeled or with the skin on
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or use honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the peaches into thin strips. Combine with the slaw mix. Add in the other ingredients & toss well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tastes best after an hour or two in the fridge to allow the flavors to marry.
