Morning Meditation Juice

Ingredients

cup
orange juice
1/4
cup
beet juice
or a little more if you like
1/4
teaspoon
dried turmeric
1/4
teaspoon
dried ginger
optional
Instructions
Whisk the turmeric powder and ginger (if using) in with the orange juice. Pour the turmeric orange juice over ice. Slowly pour the beet juice over top to create a layered effect. Serve immediately.
