Charcuterie Christmas Tree
Servings: 1 Charcuterie Christmas Tree
1 Foam Cone
Toothpicks
Small Star Cookie Cutter
- 8 oz. of Cubed Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
- 8 oz. of Cubed Pepper Jack Cheese
- 10 oz. Cherry Tomatoes
- 7 oz. Package of Hard Salami Slices
- 7 oz. Large Pepperoni Slices
- 7 oz. Container Marinated Olives
- 1 package Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 a block of Cheese large enough for your cookie cutter
Start by covering your cone in toothpicks, as shown. The more the better and the fuller it will look. I started from the bottom and worked my way up.
Place your cheese cubes on the toothpicks. Followed by your cherry tomatoes. Keep them evenly spaced just like decorating a tree with ornaments.
Follow with the marinated olives and remaining cheese cubes.
Now fill in any bare spots with salami and pepperoni. I fold mine in half and roll them up. Add some rosemary stems.
Using your cookie cutter make a star with your cheese block. Top the tree with a cheese star.
Serve and enjoy! A perfect centerpiece for your Christmas table.
