Charcuterie Christmas Tree

Equipment

  • 1 Foam Cone
  • Toothpicks
  • Small Star Cookie Cutter

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of Cubed Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 8 oz. of Cubed Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 10 oz. Cherry Tomatoes
  • 7 oz. Package of Hard Salami Slices
  • 7 oz. Large Pepperoni Slices
  • 7 oz. Container Marinated Olives
  • 1 package Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/2 a block of Cheese large enough for your cookie cutter

Instructions

  • Start by covering your cone in toothpicks, as shown. The more the better and the fuller it will look. I started from the bottom and worked my way up.
  • Place your cheese cubes on the toothpicks. Followed by your cherry tomatoes. Keep them evenly spaced just like decorating a tree with ornaments.
  • Follow with the marinated olives and remaining cheese cubes.
  • Now fill in any bare spots with salami and pepperoni. I fold mine in half and roll them up. Add some rosemary stems.
  • Using your cookie cutter make a star with your cheese block. Top the tree with a cheese star.
  • Serve and enjoy! A perfect centerpiece for your Christmas table.
