Christmas Tree Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick of butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • red white, and green icing writers
  • m&m candies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  • Mix in the butter, vanilla, and eggs. Stir to combine.
  • Grease and flour an 8x8 baking dish. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let the brownies cool completely. Remove from the baking dish. Cut the entire thing in half into two rectangles. Then slice each rectangle into equally portioned triangles.
  • Decorate with the icing writers and m&m candies.
