Prep Time30 minutes
Cook Time5 minutes
Servings: 8 pancakes

Equipment

  • Piping Bag with 1MM tip
  • Griddle or Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Cake Batter Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Creamer
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 4 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsps. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Crumbled Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 container White Frosting
  • 1 bag Red Cookie Icing for topping
  • Green Sanding Sugar for topping

Instructions

  • Start by adding your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar) to a mixing bowl. Whisk together.
  • Add in your egg, melted butter, extract, and creamer. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in your crumbled Christmas Tree Cakes, until thoroughly combined. Time to cook your pancakes!
  • We are going to cook these low and slow, on medium heat. Add your pancake batter to the center of a greased skillet. I like to use a piping bag for less mess. Cook until edges are baked through and the bubbles on top begin to pop. Gently flip and continue baking until both sides are slightly golden.
  • Assemble your pancake stack. Begin stacking your pancakes, adding a layer of white frosting between each pancake.
  • In a microwave safe bowl add your white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave for one minute and whisk vigorously until well combined. Pour over the top of your pancake stack. Allow chocolate to set, before topping with red cookie icing and sanding sugar, as shown.
  • Serve and enjoy the perfect pancakes for your Christmas breakfast or brunch!
