2cupssemisweet chocolate chips
For the glaze:
3/4cupssemisweet chocolate chips
3tablespoonsbutter
1tablespoonlight corn syrup
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
For the cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake & pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs, and warm milk. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the top is springy to the touch & a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean. Cool the cake thoroughly before removing it from the pan.
For the glaze:
In a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water - combine chocolate chips, butter, & corn syrup. Stir until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth, then add in the vanilla extract.
Pour or spread the warm glaze over the cooled bundt cake, letting it drizzle down the sides.
