Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies will definitely satisfy any sweet tooth and are completely flourless. Can be made dairy free too!
Servings: 20 cookies


  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ⁄2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl beat the egg. Stir in the peanut butter, sugar, and baking powder. Mix until dough forms and stir in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baked sheet. Bake them for 10 -12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow them to cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before removing.
  • Dairy Free: These can also be made dairy free by using Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips or any brand of dairy free chocolate chips.
