Gluten is an intolerance that a lot of folks have realized they have, especially in the last few years since more knowledge is around about it. Several of my friends as well as my readers are gluten-free, and they’ve been asking me for a while now to start putting more gluten-free recipes here on the Mrs.

Well, I have heard those requests and I plan on posting more of those recipes – just as I continue to add to the diabetic friendly recipes on the blog too.

I just know that those who are gluten free still have a sweet tooth – and crave a good dessert recipe that tastes like a non-gluten free one. I’ve got you covered on that one!  These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies taste every bit of decadent, will satisfy the sweet tooth, and are gluten free since they are completely flourless.  This one is definitely a keeper!
