Cherry Glazed Ham


  • 1 10-lb. fully cooked ham
  • 1 12 oz. jar Smucker's® Cherry Preserves
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


  • Heat oven to 325°F. Place ham on a rack in shallow baking pan. Bake according to package directions or 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, until thermometer registers 140°F.
  • Combine cherry preserves, vinegar, corn syrup. cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in medium saucepan. Cook and stir until boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes.
  • Spoon remaining glaze over ham about 15 minutes before the ham is done. Baste occasionally. Place ham on serving platter & serve the remaining sauce alongside.
