Hash Brown Waffles

Ingredients

  • Frozen tater tots thawed - or substitute zucchini tots for a healthier option
  • waffle maker
  • salt & pepper if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker. Cover the surface with thawed tater tots. Cook for 1 minute & then open the lid. Place more thawed tater tots in any gaps you see, and close again. Cook until desired doneness, 1-2 cycles. Sprinkle with salt & pepper while hot (if desired).
  • You can also top with your choice of toppings. Sour cream, bacon, & green onions for a baked potato effect. Just green onions. Salsa to kick it up a notch. Make it cheesy... Or eat it all by itself. Have fun!
